Description

These magnificent, elegant and high quality ruanas are made of fine alpaca and “alpaca suri”.

You’ll love these ruanas which are hand made by our artisans on traditional looms. To add some distinction, the back of the ruana is delicately crocheted. You’ll also like the small fringe.

Unlike a poncho, the ruana has a front opening which makes it a practical, very feminine accessory.

- brick orange: 100% fine alpaca
- black and white: 100% alpaca suri

This is a lightweight ruana, warm enough for fall and spring evenings, but not for winter. The craftsmanship is very good and the delivery and customer service is wonderful. I love this ruana and will use it for an upcoming trip, perfect for airplane travel and having something neutral to throw on for an extra layer!
