Bolivian gastronomy

Pique Macho :
Ingredients:

1000 grams (1 kilo) soft beef meat cut in dices.
250 grams (1/4 kilo) sausage cut in round pieces
120 grams or 2 chicken breasts cut in dices
80 grams (2 cups) onion cut in round pieces
35 grams or 3 locotos cut in round pieces
2 grams (1 tablespoon) pepper
600 grams or 6 potatoes
6 eggs
200 milliliters (1 cup) of oil
Salt


Preparation :


Fry the cut potatoes, until they are golden, allow them to drain and sprinkle with salt.
In a casserole, heat the oil and fry the cut meat. Remove and put in a bowl with all its juice. In the same casserole, slightly fry the sausages, chicken and add the fried meat, salt and pepper. Let boil together for a few minutes.
To serve it, first put the fried potatoes in the plate, the meat, adorn with eggs, round pieces of locoto, tomato and onion.
