This girl's calico tunic is handmade by the indigenous artisans of Santa Cruz (the tropical region of Bolivia on the threshold of the Amazon basin) in a fabric called tocuyo in Bolivia.
It is perfect for summer since the material is very lightweight, fine, soft and has great wicking properties.
Even though it looks very summery, it is still elegant thanks to the beautiful hand embroidered, colorful flowers.
